This End User License Agreement and Terms of Service (collectively, these "Terms") constitutes a legal agreement between MORAL (Moral Skin Limited) and you that governs your access to, and use of our website at www.moral-skin.com These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and MORAL regarding your use of the Service.
By checking the box provided for this purpose containing the wording "I have read and accept MORAL's General Terms and Conditions of Sale" before placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read our General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") and expressly accept them. Therefore, the GTC are enforceable against you to the extent that you have checked the box.
You acknowledge and agree that, as provided in greater detail in these Terms:
1. Service Description
The Site is a commercial site for the sale of science backed cosmetics to consumers.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order on the site, you declare that you are purchasing one or more products for personal use and not for professional purposes. You also certify that you have reached the legal age required and have full legal capacity to place an order on the site. If you are a minor, you agree to obtain the consent of your legal representative for the purchase and to guarantee MORAL against any issues that may arise in this regard.
3. Personal Data
MORAL agrees to comply with the regulations applicable to the processing of personal data and with the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016.

5. Intellectual Property

The trademarks and/or distinctive signs of any kind (including corporate names, trade names, signs and/or domain names) of MORAL and/or its partners, as well as the logos appearing on the Site, are the exclusive property of MORAL.
Any total or partial reproduction of these brands, signs, or logos, made from the elements of the Site, without the express prior authorization of MORAL, is strictly prohibited.

Upon utilizing the Service, you agree not to, and will not allow others to, whether directly or indirectly:
7.1. Conduct any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to, impersonating any person or entity, falsely claiming affiliations, accessing Service accounts without consent, falsifying personal information, manipulating identifiers to conceal the origin of any communication transmitted through the Service, or posting content in fields not intended for such content;
7.2. Employ the Service for any illegal or improper purposes, or violate any local, state, national, or international laws. 7.7. Interfere with the Service's operation or any user's ability to enjoy the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) uploading or otherwise disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code; (ii) sending unsolicited or unauthorized offers, advertisements, or other forms of solicitation to other users of the Service; (iii) attempting to collect personal information about users or third parties without their consent; or (iv) interfering with or disrupting any networks, equipment, or servers connected to or used to provide the Service, or violating the regulations, policies, or procedures of such networks, equipment, or servers; or
7.8. Attempt to do any of the above-listed actions in Section 7, or assist or permit any other person to engage or attempt to engage in any such activities described in Section 7. Any of the foregoing actions shall be considered a material breach of these Terms.
