All our products are fragrance and essential oil free. We only formulate with ingredients that have a direct benefit to your skin and avoid ingredients that could potentially sensitize the skin.

All of our products are safe to use throughout every stage of pregnancy and breastfeeding.

There are no harsh or potentially dangerous chemicals in our products, making them safe during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. If you have any specific concerns, please consult with your doctor.

Our products are tested to ensure efficacy and stability for up to 2 years unopened or 6-12 months after opening. We recommend storing our products away from direct sunlight, and in a cool and dry place.

All our products are safe and effective on sensitive skin, however we always recommend doing a patch test and incorporating new products slowly to ensure they’re compatible with your skin. Our products are not tested on skin with medical conditions such as eczema or rosacea and we cannot guarantee that they are compatible with these conditions. If you have a medical skin condition, we recommend consulting your dermatologist or health care provider prior to using new products.

You will be directly responsible for these payments. We cannot be responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes that may be charged to you, or any shipment that is stopped or disposed of by customs, so we advise you to check with your local customs before making your order.

Please allow us about 2 to 4 business days to process an order. Once your package ships you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as well as other delivery updates.

We offer various shipping options: Standard delivery (3-5 Business Days), and Next-day delivery (1-2 Business Days). There is also an option to for tracked delivery.

We do our best to ensure product satisfaction and recommend new customers to familiarise themselves with the ingredients and purpose of the product before committing to purchase. However, if for any reason you change your mind on your purchase, we accept returns for unused and unopened products, notifying Moral within 72 hours of receipt. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and upholding the highest hygiene standards, we cannot provide refunds for used or opened products.

Unfortunately, after an order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel the order since our warehouse processes orders as quickly as possible.
